Struct SetValZST

pub(super) struct SetValZST;

Zero-Sized Type (ZST) for internal BTreeSet values. Used instead of () to differentiate between:

• BTreeMap<T, ()> (possible user-defined map)
• BTreeMap<T, SetValZST> (internal set representation)
